Finally. Our First-Born Malt Vinegar Arrives

It's taken a while, 12 months to be more precise, but our First Release has matured and is ready to go out into your world.
This small batch (all of our batches will be small) has been matured in a aged Pinot Whisky Cask supplied by Kempton Distillery.
Naturally fermented using traditional methods from the 1800s, the process is slower than modern alternatives - because we're not in a hurry, and the yield is a richer, maltier, and tangier vinegar that will elevate your vinaigrettes, marinades, chutneys, pickling and your other experimental kitchen departures!
